I live in a city with many native Spanish speakers, so I try to find names that will work well in both English and Spanish (thus why I debate Sidra and Calla even though I love them).

I completely agree. The name Aaliyah is beautiful with great meaning and the late singer was beautiful.
I love it!!! Francesca is so girly and frilly, so if she's a tomboy or really sporty she has Frankie to fall back on.
