My first thought is Lilac, although I don't know if you find that too similar to your dog's. I feel as though Lavender and Violet might be a step too far away from the original name. Even though you...

Most of the names on my list are two syllables, and I'm looking for some names that have one or three or more syllables to spice it up a bit. Feel free to do a name dump, it doesn't have to be based...

Aurora, Roxana, Danica/Danique, Zora, Oriana
Have you considered her middle name, or perhaps even her maiden name?

I think both are very lovely names, but I'm more fond of Bryony Harriet.

I said Elsie Hazel Patience. Maybe consider switching the middles? I don't know if that really flows better either. Honestly, if you love all the names, flow doesn't matter. Do want you love.
Too close. And also sounds kind of like Adam and Eve, which could be weird for siblings.

Reese Alexandra is lovely!

I think Willow works fine with Juliet. Maybe try Eva instead of Eve?

I think both are lovely combinations. Maybe instead of thinking about the combo specifically, think about the first name. Which can you imagine on your child better? Which shortens to a nickname you...

Katherine - I actually quite like Katherine. Katarina, which you listed, is a variation of it. Maybe one you could compromise for a similar name? I think Katarina goes better the other children than...

I'm trying to fund some boy names I really like, and I might have found a few. Maybe tell me what you think of them? TIA

Flora/Florence, Juliette, Ophelia, Lilah are the names I like from your list. You could use Flora as a nickname for Florence if you like both.
Sorry to be blunt, but it sounds like a pretentious boarding school.

Lavender Mint sounds like a tea or a candle. Sorry.

It's pretty, fresh, and flows well.
I'm sorry, but yes.

Adilet, Cadenza, Gioia, Marchesa, Tesora: Seem a little too out there for my taste. Really just not my style. Gioia could cause pronunciation issues. Marchesa and Tesora seem pretty.
