It would be fine to continue the SR theme. How about Saffron Raine, Sylvie Renee, Sarai Raine or Shana Rae?
I also like Cecily and Cecilia. Maybe Cecile, perhaps?
I like Byron. Kenneth does seem a bit dated, as mentioned by the previous poster.
I like both names, but I am biased toward Octavia because it was my great grandmother's name. She used Tavi as a nickname.
I like the earlier suggestions: Heidi Rose and Heidi Grace, too.

All pretty choices, but I prefer Ariana.
I'd choose Elisha. Elijah is quite masculine. I would probably go with more feminine choices as the PP stated, such as Alisha, Alicia or Eliza.
My cousin is Cecilia and she goes by Ceci. Either spelling, it is a beautiful name.
Valentina would be so pretty and feminine.

I must be half asleep because I first read the name as "Elvin" then "Elfin". I am tired. lol All I know is that I'd rather see it spelled as Ivan.

My favorites from your list: Thomas; Patrick; William and James. :)
I knew someone named Claudia who was very cultured and sophisticated, perhaps I associate the name with her. :)
I meant international and sophisticated.
