Andrew doesn't work for a girl at all. The name is all boy. Andy and Drew are cute nicknames, but you don't need to use Andrew to get to them.
So many great names. Thanks again!
I think I will add the following names to my first name shortlist:
And for middles:
From all the posts so far these are the ones I like the most:
I'm really loving the name Ottilie right now, but struggling with sibling names to match. What would you call a sister to Ottilie?
I voted for Antonia August Rose. Personally I love alliteration and double middle names, so I think this is a solid choice.
I'm engaged and will be married this fall, but we're not doing an engagement ring. It's not something I want and it's definitely something that neither of us want to spend money on so we're skipping...
Some ideas that might work for you:
Caroline : Caro, Lena, Ro
Arabella : Aria, Bella
Olivia : Livia, Liv, Ollie
Charlotte : Lottie, Charlie
Rosalie : Rose, Rosie, Ro, Lia
Juliet : Julia,...
It's actually quite funny to see this, because looking at the list I see pretty much all my boy and girl names. I guess I have the same taste as you. :)
My additions would be:

Personally I think it depends how many kids you plan on having. 2 or 3 names starting with the same letter can work, but more than that I think risks veering towards Duggar territory.

Elizabeth is such a classic, but also well-known and popular name, so I like it best with a slightly less familiar name in the middle spot. I like the sound of an -a or -ia ending with Elizabeth.

I agree with the suggestion of Elisabetta (I prefer the more common Italian spelling) or just nicknaming Elizabeth "Bella". Nicknames don't always have to be derivatives of the given name.
Personally I think Finbar/Finbarr isn't really a useable name, but Finn or Finley/Finlay would be a reasonable alternative although not outwardly obvious.
Barry apparently means spear. I searched...
I don't put a whole lot of emphasis on nicknames to be honest. I think it's fine for parents to plan for a nickname and use it themselves, but beyond early childhood it would be hard to insist on the...

I like the names from your floral and unusual lists, especially when used in combination. I think a combo like Freya Violet or Zara Clementine would be absolutely stunning.

I wouldn't use a name my SO didn't love, but in that sense I'm lucky because he does care about names and his taste generally does overlap with mine. Every name he's ever mentioned liking to me were...
I think my opinion probably comes from the fact that I go by a cutesy nickname (similar to some of the ones on your list), but I also like the option of using my longer full name. I like my nickname...
From your list, these are my favorites. I've also bolded and commented on my favorites of the favorites. I'm not really a fan of the short nickname-y names for first names, because I guess just don't...
Hero and Azalea - Cute, but the set seems a little off-balance to me. Personally I would prefer Hero and Azula together
Poesy and Indigo - Love Indigo, but think Poesy is a tough name, both to spell...
Mee-lo. Like the masculine version of "Mila" (mee-la)

3. Ottilie Cosima Jane
4. Indira Antonia Lux
5. Cosima Freja River
Other names I love, but no combos yet:

I'll be honest and say I don't think it's a big deal in most cases. If your kids are going to see each other all the time, then maybe you might want to consider a different name, but otherwise I...

My list used to be a little less tame, but as we seriously started talking about names it became clear that some of the more out there ones wouldn't work. My partner has much tamer taste in names,...

There are so many names I love, but I know I can never use because they just don't work in German. We live in Germany and our kids will attend a local school so it's extra important that the name...
