I only really use names that are seen as "unusual" the only names that I would consider "normal"...
I was named after Cate Blanchett! As long as it isn't some crazy out there name that the only connotation is from that character, I think it's just fine.

And it sounds really nice with Alice and Jane. Though I also like Violet with your daughter's names as well.

To be honest, most of my "GP" are names I would actually use so that's why they're kind of lame haha but here's a short list:
Definitely still use it! Names cannot be stolen in my opinion. It's kind of rude that she decided to name her son the same name you told her you were going to name yours, but there is no rule book...

I think Oliver fits best with Seth and Flynn but I do love Asher. I chose Oliver though ^^
Encountered an Edwina in the airport about a year older than me a few months ago! I really like it and I don't think it's old fashioned at all.

Romy is an adorable nickname for Romilly but I wouldn't use it on it's own <3
