Selah(know a girl by this and she always gets compliments), Tabitha, Magdalene, Seraphina(comes from Seraphim an old biblical word), Adriel, Mara, Mercy, Myra, Rhoda, Rose and Ruth
My cousin is pregnant with her first daughter and really likes kind of vintage 40's and 50's names like Dorothy, Shirley, Ruth and Sylvia. Any other names you can think of? Thanks so much :)
It sounds like you have named her after yourself but I think it sounds like a nice to way to honor her Dad. Maybe try Adalyn? Or another ad name like Adelina or Adelaide.

Phoenix is a daring, spunky name and I can see what drew you to it but it does not sound good with Fitzgerald. Some other girls names like it would be:
I think it's too out there for a first name but would be acceptable for a middle name. Bay is pronounced the same as bae which is very common slang and I'm sure your kid would get joked about because...
I thought it was an Eliza spelling variation at first but it does sound very pretty. I'm sure people would pronounce it Eliza though.
Mason, Evelyn and Nora sounds great! Bridget and Beatrice don't really work with them well but the rest are alright with them.

What are the names in the top 200 that you can't stand? Not because of popularity but because of the sound or meaning.

I like all of the names except Anna its too plain for my tastes and Elizabeth is in the top 10 which makes it almost as popular as Emily.

I would include the surname somewhere in the babies name if your family doesn't want it to be the last name make it the middle name or do a hyphenated last name. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Its not really my taste but Mc is a good nickname.Is it pronounced the same as Mikhail? Maybe try: Micah, Miguel, Mikko and Misha.
