I think of more offbeat names. Boys that are soft, natural or obscurely vintage and girls names that are quirky but powerful.
That is how I would assume it's pronounced. It reminds me, however, of mclovin from superbad.
My favourites are:

Hilariously, I completely agree with the first poster here. I love Winnie and Agnes but I would actually suggest Willamina to get to Winnie. It's a slight spelling variation but it makes the name way...
