Charlotte was our first pick but we aren't using it because of the popularity...
I honestly would have never made the connection you are with feminism so I don't see it as a problem.

I LOVE Isla, but we took it off our list due to the risk of mispronunciation in the southern US. I think Eliza is cute as well!! I doubt you could go wrong with either name :)

I think Nora fits beautifully. I think Nora can be used alone, but you could always name her Eleanor and call her Nora (which would also fit well with your sibset).

I like Malia (though prefer the spelling Mahlia). I think I prefer Malia Violet though.
Cecilia Autumn is cute, though not my favorite.
Ezra is distinctly a boys name IMO. We are very religious...

We changed my 4th sons name while I was in labor. We had had his name picked since 16 weeks (even before) but once I hit 37 weeks I started having doubts and by the time he was coming I was sure I...
I personally think it could be very cute, especially with a very feminine middle (ie Cameron Elizabeth).
I would not change the spelling as I think anything with an added "y" seems distinctly...

I don't dislike the name McKinley (though I would definitely use this spelling) and actually know a little boy with that name but could see it on a girl with the Kinley nn.
But... I do think it is...

I know a little girl Noa and it suits her beautifully (so much so that my boys keep suggesting it for this baby girl saying "it's a girl name").
I also know a couple Phoebes, and while it is cute...
Personally I cannot get past old country singer...
I love Delaney!! If it didn't clash with our last name it would be on our short list :)
Delaney Rose is gorgeous!

Of the 3 Eleanor is by far my favorite but I would call it popular (I personally know 3 little girls under 5 where we live and several more through FB, etc).
My second pick would be Greta, I only...
My husband's grandmother was Edith (which I personally couldn't use because I find too old lady still) and one of her best friends is Edna. They are both lovely names on these women born in the...

Mila and Elena go beautifully together!!

Thank you all!!
I love Sloane (and have for years) but hubby says no. I like Linden and Campbell. I agree Austen is too masculine and why we wouldn't use it. I know a little girl named Austen...

You both are making great points and something we've considered. There will be significantly less Charlottes than there were Sarahs, Emilys, Jennifers, Amandas, etc of my generation.
I also like...

And I am worried about the danger of choosing Charlotte because we "don't actually know that many" compared to Emmas, Avas, Sophias, Isabellas, Harpers, etc.
I wonder if all those Aiden moms...

Thank you! Rosalyn has been my husband's first pick for the last week but I don't know if I love it. Like it? Yes, but maybe not enough for my only daughter. I like several other names from your list...

Thank you all. Most of you are saying the exact same thoughts we are having. My husband said 2 nights ago "Let's just name her Charlotte and be done with it". But I am still hesitating. We would...

My husband and I have been going over names for our baby girl for months and most conversations end with me frustrated and in tears. We currently have 4 boys (Wyatt, Sterling, Briggs, Townsend) and...

I LOVE the name Emerson and think Emerson Kate is precious. I also like the above suggestion of Emmeline Kate for all the reasons listed.

Thank you all for the fresh responses!!
Unfortunately after weeks of going over names I am just super frustrated and we are no closer to a name. I feel like the choices are becoming MORE difficult...
Quinn Rosalie is beautiful. I like the idea of a y ending name after Quinn. I have always thought Quinn Elizabeth has a beautiful flow as well.

I like MALLIE or MAH-LEE. The others don't seem to flow properly.
Congrats on finding your name! I think Cordelia is lovely.

I don't necessarily dislike Cedar but feel that 2 tree types is a little too matchy. I like Winter but do struggle with those names being applied out of context (ie an Autumn born in the Spring).

Thank you all for more suggestions! I like both Ashton and Monroe but unfortunately know little girls quite well with these names (interestingly enough sisters of Finley and Sullivan... other names I...
