For boys I like:
Asa (LOVED this when we had Eli, but hubs said it was feminine)
Abel (how unfortunate that he was the first murdered person...)
Ezra (but I don't like repeating first letters, so...

I just found out yesterday that I am expecting #3. Oh my - #3! After the initial shock (I was planning on waiting another 2 years) I have realized that I don't know what names I'd use this time...

I really want a strong Old Testament name (husband is Daniel and son is Noah), and love the sound of Eli but do not love the story of him. Elijah has a great story, but I prefer the Greek Elias over...
I really like Liam. It is on my short list. I cannot imagine Jasper as being a usable name, but obviously a bunch of other people love it!
Ian Gray "Robinson"? I loved Asa, husband loved Enoch - I feel like we need to start over and throw both of those names out! We have a son named Noah Ryan, and I think Noah and Ian go well...

I like Roman, and really loved it a few years back - but it doesn't fit my style much now to use on one of my children. Very handsome name though.
Poll: This or That
DH likes Enoch Gray and I love Asa Gray, last name is similar to Robinson. So which do you prefer? We say Enoch like EE-nuck (last syllable sounds like the last syllable in Isaac).
Gray is my maiden name, so that is definitely going to be used as the middle for this baby. I highly doubt people will know who Asa Gray is :)
I see what some of you mean about it being one of...
I mean it for a boy's name :)
I just found a love for the name Asa. My husband does not love it and prefers Enoch, but I don't know if I want to mess with people pronouncing it differently (EE-knock vs. EE-nuck). Plus I love...

I have a nephew named Max and he is a great guy. Smart, sweet, and soft spoken - but very funny.
So many ways to pronounce it! Thanks for all the responses - it's helpful :) I honestly don't mind any of them, but if we name our kid this then we REALLY need to pick one and stick with it...
We are expecting boy #2 (yay!) in January and Enoch is a name that my husband and I both like. Our first son is named Noah and my favorite part about the two names is that those men in the Bible...

I have loved Esme (EZ-may) for a long time and the other day my husband said he likes it too! He also likes the name Gwen and I do to. So which do you like better?
Esme Juliana "Robinson"

Gwen Annelise "Robinson"
Gwen Juliana "Robinson"
Gwendolyn/Gwen Elise "Robinson"
I like Gwen a lot, hubs loves Guinevere and Gwendolyn - but I do not love either of the longer names. So which...
Poll: Middle Name Poll :)
Gwendolyn nn Gwen is the only name that my husband and I have agreed on if we find out this babe is a girl. I was wondering what you ladies thought about these middle names. I really want the middle...
Gwendolyn will be the first name, but I would be open to calling her Gwen. That's why the middle really needs to sound good with both options.
Poll: Girl Name Poll
Gwendolyn nn Gwen is the only name that my husband and I have agreed on if we find out this babe is a girl. I was wondering what you ladies thought about these middle names. I really want the...
Merete... I have never heard it or seen it, but my gut would say to pronounce it like Mir-EET (Mer, like the beginning of Mercury and ete like the ending of Crete). I am from Texas. Now, accents...

Thanks for the suggestions! I really prefer 2 syllables because I don't want 3-3-3 syllables. I thought of this that I love:
Gwendolyn Adele Robinson
Gwen Adele Robinson

So if we have a girl in January, Gwendolyn/Gwen is the only name DH and I have agreed on at all. I like the middle name Elise, but I have a friend with that middle - and if I am going to name a baby...

We are due in January and don't find out the gender for another month. I have about 5 different boy names that I really love, so I know there won't be much difficulty if we have a boy... But a girl...
We are only in the 2nd trimester, so I have lots of time left - but I cannot for the life of me find a name that I love. I know if we have a boy that I want to use Gray as a middle name because it...
