Troll in the dungeon!
There are so many fabulous names -- and fabulous surprises (Vashti, Bethsabe, and Marmaduke on the Elizabeth list?!) -- to choose from! There is, of course, a lot of overlap: John, Elizabeth, Mary,...

I have to say Roscoe Jack. The first name I fell in love with, and still my favorite -- though I would definitely get a lot of crap from family and friends if I ever used it!

I know about ten guys named Dan and Danny just off the top of my head. It's a shame, because Daniel is lovely -- but not only will it inevitably be shortened, it also has a rather overused and...

Since Eli and Ezra both start with a string E sound, I'd recommend considering the pattern -- you don't want their sibling to feel left out.
Absolutely not -- see "cultural appropriation." But Pria or Prima or Pia would work.
