I don't think it can stand alone. It just looks like the word via..like I'll let her know via text message. I think it's acceptable as a nickname, I dislike it for a stand alone name.

I know a man with the name Everett and he pronounces it like ev-ret, so that's how I've always pronounced it.
Penelope is one of my favorite names and my daughter's middle name. However, my first thought was that I think Lucy is a better fit with sister Isabel.
I'm not a fan. It's always sounded masculine to me and this is silly, but it reminds me of The Exorcist. Haha.
