Top Five Choices
Juliet - I think Juliana would be an even better option. Another option is Julietta.
Viviana - another suggestion is Violetta.
I would eliminate...

They have pronounced "l" and "ee" sounds so I find them too close. They look ok written on the page but not saying them aloud.
I love Isaac, Emmanuel, Felix, Alexander and Jasper and I like the remaining three names so I had to eliminate based on the other names you like.
Isaac and Zachariah are too matchy.
I like these combos from your list...

Congrats to you and welcome back to Nameberry! Although I prefer the name Cecily, I don't know if it's ideal with your "S" surname. It does depend on the emphasized syllable of your last name. Also,...
I think the two-syllable Eva sounds the best with your surname. Personally, I would use Eva Juliette as the combo instead of Eva Madeline (I'm not a fan of alliteration). I like Annabel Catherine too...
Congrats to you and welcome to Nameberry! Since this is your first child, it's good to think about which style is the best "fit" for you and your OH. The name of the first often determines which road...
Here are some alternative names for the ones on your current list.
Top Five Faves
I'd be interested to hear about your time at the debutante ball. Did you enjoy the experience? What did you do all evening? I'm surprised they still exist in this day and age. Are you in the South by...
Firstly, there are bodies of water called James River (in Virginia and the Canadian province of Alberta). Second, if you're going to call him River, why not just choose River James? Third, River and...

I chose one combo for each first name.
Nikolai Horatio Emrys - fave combo
Evander Lucian Francis
Lorenzo Julian Cyril
Luca is not overly Italian like Guido or Vito but it's Italian. However, Milo is Latin so Luca isn't a bad "match" with his name.

These are my faves and I think these mn's would flow well with each one.
Hugo Mathias (fave combo)
Congrats to you on the safe arrival of your son, Jameson Michael Ka'ehukai. I love that you're keeping the Hawaiian middle name tradition alive for another generation.

Firstly, both Leo and Eli ARE full names. It drives me crazy when people say that a full name is needed for either one of these gems. Nothing more is needed if they're already full standalone names....
Maeve is sweet but not weak, pretty but not frilly and quite down-to-earth. Nora and Maeve are a "natural" matchy for sisters. Both have a no-frills Celtic vibe so they sound and look wonderful...
Chad Gauge - no flow with these harsh one-syllable pairing
Finlay Elizabeth - I like Finlay on a boy
Hunter Henry John - Henry John is fine but Hunter is too violent
Kellen Tucker - Trend alert...
If Alice was pronounced like the word "lice" then I would see the dilemma. Since it's "liss" not "lice", I think it's a fine. For what it's worth, my aunt was an Alice and I was given her name for a...
My favourite is Jude and then Gideon. Since you have a Tanner, I would eliminate other names with the same "an" sound (Canyon, Jantzen, Kyan). Canaan may be pronounced differently but it "looks" too...
Eve Francesca flows the best.
Eve Juliette has two strong "ee" sounds
The vowels of Eve Annabelle blend into each other.
Eve Summer is too wordy.
From your signature names, I think Alice would be a fine sibling name for Ivy and Reuben's sister. Here are some other suggestions.
Catherine McGillis looks very elegant and polished. I think Catherine flows better than Caitlin. Catherine is timeless whereas Caitlin was trendy in the 80's-90's so I think it's "dated" to that...
1. Georgina Cosima or Georgina Maeve ? Which one do you prefer ? Maeve is better in the middle with Georgina.
2. Millie Rosario - an unusual combo. I don't really like "nicknames as first...
