Maggie (although I do prefer it as a nn for something longer)

Cedric got my vote. It's a very handsome name and underused. Frederick would have actually got my vote, but I dislike the nn Freddy.

I chose Poppy because I like flower names.
I voted yes as a fn or mn, but I am slightly undecided. I don't really know much about the name and tend to prefer names with more substantial history and usage. I don't really see anything wrong...
I kind of agree with this. Kitty definitely has sexual overtones that wouldn't carry well into adolescence or adulthood. Don't get me wrong. Its cute, sweet and vintage and, imo, as a nn for a...
I always thought the name came from the constellation, which should make the correct pronunciation LIE-rah. If the name originates from something else, then I am not positive which pronunciation...
It was a toss up between Nella and Bella. I chose Nella because it has a similar feel to Lottie. Bella seems too trendy to me, to be paired up with something like Lottie.
I can't take Minnie...

I think it's fine. Maybe ask your friend how she feels about it? If anything the two girls (especially if they are close in age) might like having similar names.

I think it's lovely. I agree with the previous posters and I say go for it!

I love Luna and it's always been on my list. I will probably never use it because it's too matchy with my son's name and friends of ours had a dog named Luna. It's lovely and magical sounding.
I like River Rosalind the most. Very pretty. I would have also liked Rosalind Grace.

Tough choice between Audrey and Scarlett for me. Scarlett got my vote in the end because it's less similar to Adeline.
I totally hear lion king. Sorry :(

I am surprised anybody would give you negative feedback on any of those names. Imo you can't go wrong with any of them. Anika Eve got my vote, but they are all lovely.

Ditto. I have only ever heard it pronounced lay-oh-NEE.
It's a good handsome name that is unfortunately unusable. :( same with Lucifer one of my guilty pleasures

This has been fun to read. My favorite songs change as time goes by. Currently it's Oats in the Water by Ben Howard. Not sure what Icould do with that. He has another song I love called...
I think it's fine for sure.

Isabelle: I would automatically spell it like this because I live in a French community and this is the most cmmon spelling here.
Lily/Lillie (I love both spellings)...
As a side note, I live in as french community and Marie des Neiges, doesn't really sound like a name. It would really stand out and get people talking. If that's what your going for then sure. ...
