What do you think is the ideal popularity level? You can use ranking or percent. In the US, about 2 million babies are born of each gender per year.
I was at a professional hockey game last night, and there were 3 players named Brayden! One Braden, one Brayden and one Braydon. These guys are over 19 because it's pro sports.
I like boys names ending with the letters -an (even if they are popular).

Some people want to shorten everything to one syllable. Others have no problem with 4-5 syllables.
I'd say more than 4 syllables is too much in an English-speaking context. I can't think of any...
