Is Jai like 'hi'? That's how it's usually pronounced (as in the game jai alai). I've only heard Marley as a girl's name, are you considering any more names? Perhaps Harlan, Marlon, Cairo, Ariston,...

Scarlett Lorelei (nn Scout) would be my pick!
She'll only have to correct people occasionally. It's a lovely name I'd use it!
It's a stretch...if it doesn't confuse the child, and if your sister wasn't just being polite, it's probably alright
Lovely names, except Mary kind of screws up the flow...Marie? or Marienne? For the boys...Vincent Alexios, Anthony Caius, Vicenzo Cesare.
I love Maple--very sweet!
Ellery celery. That was my first thought. I'd stick w/Ellis or Elliott.
I'm a non-Mormon, though I've encountered some Mormon relations in genealogical research. The only names most non-Mormons know are Joseph Smith & Brigham Young. I still think Brigham is a nice name,...
Yes, it's really that bad.
Anna is pretty, but a bit plain...it could work with a more extravagant middle name. Karolina is pretty. I like Anastasia, Valeska, Alexandra, or anything with a bit of drama.
Levi Rune--Fyodor just doesn't go with Levi.
Stellan Anxo--unusual, but not bad
Casey Arvid--another mismatch...Casey is an athlete/popular kid, while Arvid is a stereotypical nerd name
The bullies in my community were quite vicious and bigoted, so I'd certainly take care not to provide any ammunition that could be used against my child (though I live far away from that place now).

I agree w/Norin--Ruthie is precious! Also, I love Keziah.
Pretty name! I prefer the Allison spelling, but the name is so ancient, any of them are probably legit. Also, I love the nn options!
Any name that starts w/'B', as the meaning of Beth relates back to the second letter in the alphabet.
I'd stick Tobias in the mn spot. Alaric Tobias, Benjamin Tobias, Orion Tobias (actually I'm focusing on names that sound great w/Leonard), Vincent Tobias, Balthazar Tobias.
I like it, but Americans wouldn't always pronounce it correctly. At least, not on the first try.
Really? Your GP list seems much more usable than Clover, Esther or Fern to me. I just have a few names I love--most are unusual, but usable (though Lucrezia would go by Luca).
Minerva, Winifred & Zelda could definitely work. The others would be embarrassing to me if I got stuck with those names.
Vince by a mile! Reuben is a sandwich.
I love Shiloh--especially for a girl!
