Topaz (I knew the MOST beautiful girl named Topaz when I was a kid - made a huge impression)
Thomasin, which is a bit tailored, and...
I'm more fond of spelling 'right' than k vs. c in particular - I like Caitlin and Katharine better than any K spelling of Caitlin or any C spelling of Katharine.
Whenever their inclusion doesn't...

Caroline is the classic option for Callie, and I love it.
I also love the more unusual Calanthe and Calandra.
I wouldn't have thought of Raquel for Callie, but I don't mind Raquel or Raquela.
I'd say Asa and Ariel are still very much boys names. I've known quite a few male Ariels in both the Jewish (not necessarily Israeli) and Latino communities.
I'm not a big fan of boys' names on...
Asa is a guy's name, like Joshua or Ezra.
my list is girls/boys
Winter: Bayla, Winter, Frost, Isolde, Bianca, Holly, Rain / December*, Douglas
Spring: Aviva, Jonquil, Violet, Azalea, Magnolia, Cerise, Sakura, May*, Talia, Chloe - all...
Emerald is probably my favourite. Followed by Ember and Emmanuela.
If I had to use it alone, which I wouldn't, I would use Emme over Emmy. If I was considering using it alone, Emmy is sooo...
You don't *say* the "ass" in it. It's ha-dah-sah. And as far as role-models, it's the same Biblical personage as Esther anyway.
I like Hadassah but a lot of people won't get it. Esther is easier to wear, by a lot. Hadassah is not much easier than Hepzibah, which is another true Biblical name but very clunky.

Josephine - Classic but not prim, beautiful.
Miriam - Old-fashioned but attractive.
Samara - Dislike
Eliana - It's ok. I like Iliana more, there's too many El- names and I don't like Ellie/Ella as...
Felicity and Veronica are my two favourites, love them.
Genevieve is in the middle, I like it and it's classy, but it doesn't light me up.
The other two I dislike.

Minerva, Philomena, and Wilhelmina are my favourites of these to get to Minnie.
I like Matilda for Mattie or Tillie but Minnie seems contrived. If I adored Matilda I'd use Philomena/Wilhelmina...

I like Mira. I don't think the 'bitter' thing is an issue at all, how many variants of Miriam would be banned?
I dislike Maya.
Keziah is either kez-EE-ah or kez-EYE-ah, both are relatively valid. I prefer the first. I also like Ketzia, which is related. Ket-zee-ah.
Eliezra - elle-EE-ezra
Ezriela - Ez-REE-ella
Some of my favourites:
Harvey and Harlan
Edmund and Emmett
Amos and Asa
I like Lee alone for a girl or a boy, but have it on my own girl's list, and Leigh for nobody.
I'd prefer Levi, Leon, or Leib/Liev for a boy, honestly. Or Lev.
I'm fond of Micah and don't like Kai. I could deal with Cai as a nickname but would go with Mordecai or Malachi as a long form.
Really I love short Biblical names like Micah/Ezra/Judah and...
I know a Jeremy Nova Lastname.
Jeremy Noam and Jeremy Nehemya (nobody but me likes Nehemya though). I'm not fond of Noah but I love Noam - softer sound, better associations for me.
My favourites for Kay (which I love) are Katharine, Ketzia, Kathleen, Katia, Kelilah, and Kalanit in roughly that order. I think Kay for a name that doesn't start with K is unnecessarily...
Azaria and Azariah are like Susanna and Susannah or Kelila and Kelilah. They are the same name. Azariah is uh-zair-ee-uh in Hebrew. I just wanted to make sure you realized that.
I like Eliezra and Ezriela?
Winter Beatrix - I like this.
Winter Cecilia - I like this a lot.
Winter Lyra - I prefer both the meaning and the flow of Winter Liora or Winter Leora. Felicity and Penelope are both gorgeous but...
