Wasn't it the girl from Gundam Wing that had a thing for the guy named Heero? I remember watching that show. I know a lot of people would not know that association. It is pretty.
I don't think the names are ruined. Edward is a total Jane Austen name for me and Isabella is a royalty name for me. Of course, Isabella was always too feminine so that is why I never wanted to use...
Too bad about the STD with Saskia because that was my favorite from your list. The other one's I like are Bryony Therese and Aurora Therese.
From his list I like Lydia. Lydia is so cute despite...

My DH has the name Michael and he never cared one ounce about how popular it is. Really, only name nerds care about this stuff.
Anyway I don't care as much compared to girls names. I like to...

I get the confusion since Irish names are confusing, but the way she is pronouncing it sounds strange. I agree that she should just spell it Niam if she wants that pronounciation.
Daisy D@y reminds me of Doris D@y, so it is cool. I don't like the spelling she is going with. If I was to pick I would choose D@izy though, since that is the closest to the original.
I agree that it is too late now. Who knows, they could like that spelling more than the original spelling, or they wanted something with the S to match their other daughter. If you told them, they...

I personally don't think Elliot or Emerson has gone to the girls. I can see Ashley being one of the names that has gone to the girls (except in the UK) but I think it would be wonderful to meet a...

I chose Victoria Rose and Micah James. The others are nice, but don't appeal to me as much.
Stoney just reminds me of Mulan. Isn't a bad association, and maybe I am the only one who thinks that.
Wow, almost all your names are nameberry favorites. Here is my top 10:
I don't see it really being a problem, but to me it is not a unisex name.
It is all boy. I guess a girl could pull it off, but I prefer it on a boy.
It was my great grandmother's name as well. :)
I like the name and think it is cute. My DH likes Ginevra more. I know a lot of people will associate it with the Geneva Convention though.
I am okay with some place names. I know a lot of people on here don't like them because they are seen as being more trendy.
I like places names that have had a somewhat good use as a name over...
I expect something really beautiful and elegant.
As a side note, I hope the paps leave her alone. Let her enjoy her pregnancy in peace, especially since she has hyperemesis gravidarum. Give her a...
I guess it could stand on it's own. I don't like it but it wouldn't be horrible to meet a little girl with this name. I would think of Pippa Middleton and think that the parents loved her.

Am I missing the Bertha comeback? I highly doubt it will make a comeback.
The only people I can see ever using it are the people who want to use a unique name that no-one else would ever consider....

Anna Elizabeth (nn Annabeth): Pretty and very classic. I like Annabeth as a normal name, but having Anna Elizabeth may fit better than Annabeth.
Josephine Grace: I like Josephine because it...
I like it too. Sometimes it seems very short to me, but it is a nice name.
Maybe it is a family tradition for some people?

Last baby boy I met was named Sean.

I like the name, but I am not very familiar with the way you are pronouncing it. I guess it doesn't matter though, if that is how you want it to be pronounced. You probably would just have to...

My DH did not like the idea of naming a son after him. He felt it would be too confusing and weird. He is willing to use his mn in our future son's name though. I don't think I would use any part of...
I love the name Lucy and Lucille. It is a long time name on my DH's mother's side of the family and I would love to use it someday. I have never met a Lucy or a Lucille, even though it is supposed to...
