I don't think it's that big of an issue. I don't think it would even occur to me if you didn't point it out. You have the "s" at the end of your name and people generally say a first name and last...
James and Jacob are both lovely, but I wouldn't give my kids two different versions of the same name. There are so many names out there, surely you can find another one you love just as much as...

I think Phoenix and Griffin are matchy in a mythological creature kind of way, but I think that's kind of fun. (If you plan on more than two kids it could limit your choices if you felt like keeping...
I'd vote for Aria. Liahona and Oakley would be my next choices. I think Emma Liahona would flow better than Liahona Emma, though, and Oakley is very unisex, and this is your first chance to name a...

I'm not sure what you mean by no English origins...how far back are we going? English is a big mish mash, with Germanic roots with Latin/French influence, plus lots of influence from Old Norse, Old...
I think Clover is lovely and definitely wearable! I met an adult named Clover once, she was gorgeous and super nice and it suited her perfectly. I don't think I'd count Clover as an Irish name, but I...
My partner loves the name Melisande for a girl, after a princess from his favorite movie as a little kid. I've tried, but so far I just can't bring myself to like it very much. Neither of us are...
I really like both! I think if I had to choose I'd go with Roberta because Alberta makes me think of Canada (not a bad thing, I'm just not super into place names.) I love Birdie as a nickname for...

No, they have the same roots and are essentially different versions of the same name. They're both lovely, but I think both sisters deserve their own special name.
If you want another C-name, how...

Katherine Josephine is beautiful, and it's always nice to have the full name and nickname options.
Out of the top 1000 is a little extreme, the names at the end of the list are still pretty uncommon, I wouldn't let a rating of 800 or 900 something put me off based on popularity.

Congratulations!! I LOVE your children's names, the classic first names are lovely and the unusual middles add a delightful whimsical quality. Welcome baby Catherine Ophelia!

Your children have beautiful names! My favorites from your list are Nora, Fiona, Cormac, Ronan, and Finnegan. Cormac especially seems refreshing but familiar, and easy to pronounce. I wouldn't worry...
I really like that Cornelia has the nickname option of Nell/Nellie, but I can't get past the "corny" jokes that would inevitably come along with the name. :( I love Cordelia, but I really don't like...

Aurelius - I like this one, though it is a pretty big name. Auri would be a good nickname.
Avery - I like it on a boy. :)
Beau - Like it, as long as it's this spelling.
Bodhi - Dislike, unless...

I think something that sounds somewhat French would go well with sister Elodie and Juliette, both so elegant!

Ruby and Stella are great sister names! They're both beautiful and the nature connection is subtle and sweet. I can't say I'm a fan of Ruby Rain though. Both are nice enough on their own, but...

Both are lovely. I know you said you don't care for nicknames, but I think it would be wise to use Rose on the birth certificate instead of Rosie. Rosie is sweet, but very cutesy, and she might...

Minnie is definitely my favorite Hermione nn! Honey could work too, though it's a bit more of a stretch and more of an affectionate pet name. I wouldn't use Maia because that isn't a nickname at all...

I love Eleanor, Ruby, and Louisa with Oliver!
I think Monica is nice, it definitely makes me think of Friends, but that's not a big deal. Diana is more appealing to me personally, but they're both fine. Mona and Nica/Nikki are good nicknames for...

I think Meredith goes beautifully with big sister Brynn! Meredith has great nickname options (Merry is my favorite, but Edie and Red are cute too) and it actually is a unisex name, though it's mostly...
