Oh, and all 3 of my boys look so much alike, it's scary. My oldest and youngest are almost identical except for eye color, and my middle one is a look-alike to my baby pictures.
I never thought...

As a teen, I always thought I would have 2 or 4 children. As the oldest of 3, I never wanted odd numbers. I always thought I would have girls. I am incredibly girly. I never thought it was a...
Love all the ideas and I love nautical themes and gray for girls.
My ideal girls nursery was fairy themed. I have a print of the first charcoal sketch that Walt Disney drew of Tinkerbell, so the...

Speedy healing to all who are on the mend, especially our wee ones.

She is gorgeous! And I love her name. :)

Ha! Yeah, it's totally a Boys Rule atmosphere right now. But, I am the ultimate power when it comes to decisions. :)
But little boys love their Mommies... last night I had a 4 month old and a 5...
@Saracita - they wouldn't comment on it one way or the other! My sister says definitely. But I had an ultrasound and non-stress test right before the car incident. They had moved from being breach to...

Ok, so I've been stalking this thread through my email, but I've finally had time to actually log on. 3 boys, and more specifically 2 babies is exhausting. I'm back at work, and deep into the big...
I can't remember if I posted here or not. I know that I posted on our birth group Mom's thread. but since I've finally written my blog post on it, here you go:

Well, it looks like I'm the first birth announcement!
An exciting story that I hope to tell tomorrow. Born at 33 weeks 6 days:

You ladies have been cracking me up!
I'm sorry... but it's true. And if you can't laugh about it, then you have to cry.
I've hit the wall this week. Last week, I felt ok, big, but ok. And then...

@ Babylove - I just signed up for regular Childbirth classes through the hospital. And it covered a lot - it was an all day class! But I'd get signed up soon. :)
Update - well, I'm at the point...

I totally get this!
We had a girls name picked out the entire time: Emerson Mary Elizabeth (Emme)
but then we found out that we are having twin boys. So we had a list, and one name picked for...
My cousins are Identical Mirror Image twins. And they are in their 50s and grandmothers now. :)
From my understanding, as long as Everything is mirrored, then everything should be in complete...
I'm jealous of those who get paid maternity leave. As previously mentioned, in the US, we have to fight for leave, or fund it our own way.
I've actually been paying into Short-term disability...

I love Emerson for either gender.
We had planned on using it if one of our twins was a girl. We would have called her Emme. But it wasn't meant to be.
I come from a family of 3, DH is from a family of 2 with 13 years in between, so he really is more like an only child.
We used to talk about wanting 2 or 4, I was against the odd numbers. But then...

@Babylove14 - thank you so much! They really work out well together, and I love that they all end in "n".

Congrats on everyone's healthy babies!
I didn't have a reaction to my flu shot... I'm just hoping it works really well.
I also felt the twinge of gender disappointment when we found out that...

Sadly, I won't get to use any of these names, but these are my faves, and the top 3 were in the extreme short list for this last pregnancy.

Well, I can join the heartburn bandwagon. It's random and annoying. :)
My baby shower was a lot of fun, and a success as a party. My sister and Aunt, and even Dad, really stepped up and threw a...
