While I really like Graylen, IMO, it doesn't go with Elliot and Foster. I love boy names on girls, spelling changes, and made up names, so my opinion has nothing to do with hating Graylen for either...

I think it's cute. Most people wouldn't know her middle name anyways, so why not have fun with it.
I know 3 Taras and all 3 pronounce it like Sarah, but I always have to stop myself from pronouncing it T-are-uh when I read it. For the pronunciation like Sarah, I like the spelling Terra (or Tera)...

The only Hazels I've met were at least 70. I can't see the name on anyone under the age of at least 60, and, as boyandgirl said before, I just don't see the appeal of it.
It's alright. I don't love it, or Olivia, but it's alright. I pronounce the 2 differently, and see them as 2 different names. And whether or not a name as any history or not means absolutely...
