My favorite has always been Zoey Annelise. I know a baby born in December named Zoey Amelia. I also like Zoey Claire.

I've always had a soft spot for Natasha. I think it would make a quirky unexpected middle (or first) name.

Baby number three is another girl (they are fairly sure anyway, baby was not being overly cooperative). Quinn will be her first name (95% sure) but man are we struggling to find her a middle name...

I'd pick Caroline Paige to go with big sister Allison Jane. You can call her Carly or Carrie and/or Carrie/ Carly Paige. My second pick would be Laura Kate but I'm not crazy about double-barrel...

Honestly, I'd think it was strange. If you are going with something so similar, I'd just call him Sebastian....because most people would probably assume Bastian would be a nn for Sebastian anyway.

Well for what it's worth..I really like Ruby Francesca and would be impressed if I heard it.

Personally I prefer Anna Caroline...LOVE IT. Anna Josephine was my great-grandmothers name which is neat but I just can't love Josephine.

It is not Italian but I quite like Ruby Catalina.
