I love Carys. it is unique but not unusual. I'm not a fan of juliet, but that's just me.
I would think nn Kay woud be natural, but my friend's son Cassius has been dubbed Ushey instead of Cass. I think nns just arise out of the personality of the child.

Penny Greene sounds just fine, but yeah, doesn't go with Hope. But Penelope Hope Greene is wonderful!
