Olivia, Jessica, and Thea are lovely names. The first name that comes to mind when reading those is Tessa, it's got elements of Thea and Jessica and goes well with Harry.
First of all, I LOVE Oliver Thomas for your boy name! Ollie and Jem sound so cute together.
I strongly prefer Cora over Scarlett. Scarlett is a perfectly fine name, but I feel like it is very...

I love Harriet/Hattie, so sweet! Harriet June is lovely. Harriet Pearl would be really pretty too, and Pearl is the birthstone for June so it would have a similar connection.
Of the two, I slightly prefer Liberty, with the nn Libby. Trinity has a nice sound but is very religious. Even Liberty sounds a tad too political/patriotic for me.
Some similar names that I like:...

I vote for Cosette! Juliette is beautiful too, but I feel like I've met so many girls named Julia/Julie/Juliet/Juliette/Juliana/etc. and it would be so great to meet a little Cosette. I think Cosette...

Martha Fenna Elizabeth is absolutely stunning! Love the story that goes with her name, too, how funny and sweet that the song kept playing! Congrats on your beautifully named baby girl :)
I'd choose Benedict in a heartbeat! I think it's dashing, familiar but not ordinary, and just a good solid name. Bennet(t) is cute, but just falls under trendy-surnames-as-first-names category to me....

I'd avoid actual boy names for your daughter, so it doesn't seem like you were hoping for a boy. It's kind of sad to me that you feel like her name should keep her gender a secret to avoid sexism....
I love the name Norbert. Unfortunately no one else seems to, and nameberry says it comes with a "kick me" sign :( I don't really understand why Robert is fine but Norbert isn't.
Elfrida is a...

I love Poppy and Millie, though I think Millie is better as a nickname. Marlowe is fine but it seems uber trendy to me because of the Harlow fad...it's stylish now, but it will probably seem dated...

I like Arley slightly better than Bran...I like the idea of Bran/Brann, but I can't avoid thinking of raisin bran cereals. Bram or Brock would be nice options that lack the fiber cereal connection. I...
Alice and Eloise are beautiful! I think you need a nice classic boy name to go with.

Ella is BEAUTIFUL. It's popular, yes, but it's classic and elegant, familiar and easy to say/spell, feminine without being frilly, and just lovely. It's really way too late to go changing her name,...

Love the name Beatrix :)
Names that go with Beatrix, with a similar feel to Fiona and Viola...
I think Georgia Lucille is gorgeous, and pairs well with big sister Julia without being too matchy-patchy.

My first thought was Elanor. It sounds like the classic Eleanor but it's a Tolkien name, it's a flower name from the Lord of the Rings (Samwise's first daughter is named Elanor, after the flower) and...

I've seen the movie but would definitely not have made the connection if you hadn't pointed it out!
Carol is a little dated, but I think it could definitely revived! It's familiar and easy to...

I think Clementine goes really well with Stellan and has a great meaning.

I don't think Silvanus would cause that much teasing, it's a middle name so most kids wouldn't even know it, and it's not like it's pronounced silv-anus. They'd have to see it written down to pick up...

Matilda Phoebe Maebh is beautiful, you have lovely taste!
I like the suggestions of Beatrix/Beatrice, similar style and with a sweet meaning.
Other thoughts: (sorry for any repeats)

Balthazar and Fox are two of my favorite middle names (I too like the idea of saving the more "out there" names for middles, usually) and I think they complement each other well. If using two middle...

I don't think it's that big of an issue. I don't think it would even occur to me if you didn't point it out. You have the "s" at the end of your name and people generally say a first name and last...
James and Jacob are both lovely, but I wouldn't give my kids two different versions of the same name. There are so many names out there, surely you can find another one you love just as much as...

I think Phoenix and Griffin are matchy in a mythological creature kind of way, but I think that's kind of fun. (If you plan on more than two kids it could limit your choices if you felt like keeping...
I'd vote for Aria. Liahona and Oakley would be my next choices. I think Emma Liahona would flow better than Liahona Emma, though, and Oakley is very unisex, and this is your first chance to name a...
