How would spell Tee-air-ruh? I cant think since Tiara/Tiarra are pronounced Tee-are-ruh. I met a baby the other day with this name I cant think of how it would have been spelt!...

Serafina is quite long and unusual in its self so I definitely don't think you need two middle names.
I think you need something short and simple for the middle.
