I love Beatrix!
But as an Aussie I agree that our accent doesn't do these names justice. They end up almost sounding like beer-trix & beer-triss
While Amelia & Olivia are quite matchy, if you really love Olivia then I think you should still choose it.
From your other favourites, I think Evelyn Louise Alexander is absolutely gorgeous....
What a great list! Some thoughts....
1. Everett - I agree this is a strong name, it's one of my favourites of your list.
2. Emmett - I cant shake the twilight reference unfortunately

Saying that - here's my personal opinion on these trends!
1) Mc craze: Mckinley, Mackenzie, Makayla, Makenna... Not my personal taste, although I don't mind Mackenzie.
