It's a lovely name. I do there is teasing potential with a name starting with an 'as' sound, however. It is true that anyone can be teased because of their name so I think in the main, it will come...

Not to my taste at all, I'm afraid but then I'm in the UK and it isn't fashionable currently to use boy's names for girls.

I think I have it finalized, go ahead and give me your opinions, please!
Maia Cecily Pearl- so lovely! You have both my daughter's names in there (M&C)

I have a Maia too. Penelope is fantastic and I don't think the length matters at all. I like Thea and Cleo a lot. Iris is also lovely.
Would you consider Flora (a Roman Goddess rather than Greek...
I have three (although am now expecting my fourth). I have girl, boy, girl and I haven't seen any evidence of the middle child syndrome.
I think it depends to a large extent on the age gaps, the...

skateblinder- great feedback and thanks for the compliment!
I am not bothered about choosing a v rare name but prefer not to select something that will rocket in popularity within a few years....

Eleanor and Julia are lovely timeless classics.
From your list:
Henry- perfect- I love it
Leo- nice but I think a longer form like Leopold would be more regal like E&J
Nathaniel- perfect too...
I love both names!
Alice is gorgeous and classic and by youngest sister's name. I have never watched Twilight so have no idea whether Isabella+ Alice= Twilight would be an instant reaction for most...

I think Juliette is beautiful (slightly prefer the Juliet spelling and it looks less frilly too). I'm not really a fan of Greer and I don't find that it flows with Juliet brilliantly.

Ditto what everyone else has said! All lovely names!
I voted for Katherine Juno.
I am still finding Katherine a little serious for you overall, although just Kate is good. In the UK, Kitty is being used as a full name quite commonly now.
Lucy Penelope is adorable and goes beautifully with her sister's names.

cristinamariane- I agree that it would be nice to have a contrasting ending ideally.
I have to admit that you are probably right re Gwendolen. I love the name but it doesn't seem quite right with...

Thx scaw. I do like Apolline but I'm not sure that I can imagine actually using it of that makes sense. Genevieve seems more accessible somehow of that makes any sense!
Really sorry to hear about your mc. I also had a mc at 10/40 in my second pregnancy. I was always v anxious about that pregnancy and didn't have the same sx that I had with the others. Fortunately, I...

Eliza Wren and Phoebe Zara are great. Out of your three above, I would choose Tess followed by Juliet. I feel that Katherine is too serious with the other two/ Tess Juniper has a great...

Dahlia is surprisingly popular too.
I think Apolline and Tallulah aren't for me although I do like the sound of both.

Have had a good look through. The most popular seem to be Juliet, Vivienne, Camille and Paloma, I think. Such a shame that Jemima is not usable in the US. I have to confess that I haven't read any HP...

Many thx for the feedback. I am in the UK so no syrup/ racist connections with the name Jemima. Will be bk later to look at replies properly!

I wondered if I could have some feedback on this list of possible ideas for a girl's name. Some of them are less likely to be used that others so would love feedback on which ones work well and which...
I love Francesca! I think Cesca would work fine or Francie.

I'm surprised how well Apolline is being received. It is unusual except in France, as far as I know.
What do you think would be the best nn?
What she just be called Apply/ Apple?
Harper- v trendy and reminds me of the Bekhams now
Haven- dislike- reminds me of cheap UK holiday parks.
Honor- v nice!

Thanks for your replies.
Can I ask how you are all pronouncing Apolline? Is it Ap-oh-leen or Ap-oh-leen-ah
