I chose Ellie because I wanted to answer the question and yes, Ellie is "cuter". As someone else said, however, it's cutesy. If it was just a "Which do you prefer" question, I would've gone with...
I agree that Robin is dated and Poppy is a cool "now" name. Something like Poppy & Wren would make more sense to me.
Honestly, some others shared my similar thoughts on some of your names. Don't get me wrong, they're all nice choices, but stylistically, some of them feel very left field with Luca and your Italian...
I like Rafe but not Ralph. I voted for Robert because it's super handsome yet rugged like Edward. I also like George.
I seriously love all your choices, but if you love Nora but concerned about a distant friend, go with Elinor just like others have said and nn her Nora. If it doesn't "fit" then you can go with Elle....
I adore your daughters' names! All your choices are wonderful, but I think Juliette Iris, Margot Beatrix or Sylvie Julianne work best.

Like everyone else said, you can't go wrong with any of the names. However, since you asked for opinion, I'll give mine.
Elliot - Love this name. Not sure how much I love it with Alexandra,...

Honestly, that's a personal call. For me, it would be a deal breaker. However, it appears to others, it's no big deal. If it doesn't bother you and it's important for you to use the name, then I say...
I like Otis, Hugo and Jasper, but Jasper sounds the best with Phoebe.

My current favorites from my list are...
Declan James (Dex or Deke)
Griffin James (Finn)
Wesley James (Wes)
Samuel Drake Jameson (Sam or Drake)

Girl - Bonnie Eliza or Esme Johanna
Boy - Declan James or Griffin James
I love the suggestion of Augustus! Eleanor, Clementine and Augustus.... Ellie, Clem and Gus. Love. It.
I also liked Vincent, Theodore and Samuel.
If you're concerned about it sounding too feminine, I would steer clear of Julian Aubrey. Any of the other choices would work. My personal favorite is Julian Wesley.
Julian Everett ...
Esther and Ivy is perfection.
1. Willie and Willmeesha (brother/sister)
2. River and Wave (brothers)
What about Wilder John? It's definitely my favorite to go with the handsome Jameson. What about Wiley for the nickname? I prefer it over Will or Willy and it makes more "sense" in sound.
I think Lottie is too feminine to fit. Same with Heidi. Tucker is awful. Please don't. Saylor would work best. Saylor Eloise?

The only ones I really don't like are Sadie and Tilly - both very insubstantial names. Way too little girl and country bumpkin feeling (especially if you went with Mae as the middle name). It's not...
I never really "got" the whole Vesper thing until now. I am still not over-the-moon for it, but I'm warming to it. It feels somewhat Shakespearean to me so it's got a level of sophistication yet...
I totally agree when someone said Quinn and Elliot are "diplomatically unisex". Clarke is not. At all. It's like naming a girl Benjamin.
I like Rowan and Rory, but the double letters look tacky...
Violet is really trendy right now. I'm surprised with his naming style that he agreed on Juno! I immediately thought of Petra or Calliope but they probably won't work for him.
Iris feels more in...
Congratulations! Miriam Lucile is such a pretty, sophisticated name!

Both are pretty, but I love Katherine. Then I saw that your sister's name is Kathryn. Then I saw she goes by Kate. Then I saw you said you don't want her to have a nickname.
I choose Jane.
Your daughters' names are stunning!
I adore Hugo.
