I prefer Caleb as it seems older and more traditional but my favorite Cal name is Calvin.
Any first name beginning with Da and any middle name beginning with Sh would work though I would avoid Da name with obvious nicknames like David and Daniel.
I really like Sloane Everly the best. Blake seems more masculine to me for some reason. Claire Everly is your safest option.
I agree that having two Mary's and Charlotte's in the house would be confusing and two much.

I love the name Yvonne but it does seem very close Eva. Geneva and Yvonne work well though and so do Eva and Ivy.
For a sister to Geneva and Xavier, I also like Avril, Ivory, Eliza, and Olive
I wouldn't use two such similar names but it depends on much you love both them.
With Robert, I would go with a traditional but not overly popular boys name for a brother.
Peter, Philip, Edward, Theodore, and Andrew come to mind.
With Natalie, I would go with a familiar but...
You could use Walton as it fits the surname as first name trend well. I do think Walt is fine as a stand alone name as well. Other possibilities:
I would pronounce it Cal-en.

I do think Sam with your last name could be be mistaken for Samantha.
While I like Leo, with your last name, I don't think it works that well. What about Leon?
Jacob and Issac work well with...
With Emerson and Oliver, I like:
I prefer Alice over Wendy because it is more versatile. She can go by alice or Allie.
