Lydia Charlotte all the way! But I also like Susannah Charlotte and Isobel Charlotte.
Tess is a fine stand alone name actually. I like Betsy or Birdie as stand-alones as well. But if you still worry about them having options with their name, give them a more "proper" sounding middle...

Camellia, Daphne, Fern, Lilac, Marigold, Rosemary or Rose, Flora, and Laurel. I really dislike Magnolia, Poppy, and Iris. Myrtle and surprisingly, Petunia are growing on me.
I like Gwendolen very much and would use the full name with that spelling. I love the idea of Georgie, and also like Georgiana as the full form.

Bailey Cora is short and sweet, a very pretty combo.
I think a sibset of Poppy and Robin would be cute! I also love Robin, it's one of my favorite unisex nature names. I don't think it's a strange combo at all.
