Hadley Jane would get my vote. It has the same modern unisex sound as Avery with a classic, short, feminine middle. Emma is beautiful but has been overused and doesn't fit as well as Hadley. And...
I like Sally, though I prefer it as a nickname for Sarah, or something like Rosalie. Like other posters said it has a retro nickname vibe to it.
