I personally prefer more feminine names for girls, but Rio is a very cool name for a girl, and not too out there. What are your concerns?
My other fav from your list is Freya, I prefer this...
Caspar. Casper is a friendly ghost, Caspar is somewhat removed from that.
What names do you prefer from my signature for a sibling for Matilda Quinn?
You could tell the mom that you have already chosen Evangeline. What a coincidence! It's a little awkward, but no big deal if hats your name!
Personally, it would loose a little of the appeal for...
Stevie is super cute for a little girl! Still I would prefer it as a nickname... Something besides Stephanie perhaps? Maybe you could get there with a first and middle- Stella Violet would be cute!...
*i like, not unlike!
Unlike pretty much all of your names! Particularly Zara, Maeve, Zelda, Vera and Veda. I would pair June with a one or two syllable personally. What about Maude? Maude can be short for Matilda, or...
I voted Matilda Violet, but all your names are great, you can't go wrong! Violet and Penelope are pretty popular right now, depending on where you are from, but they are still great names!

My first thought for suggestions for you are:
Mavis, Maeve, Maisie, Maren, Avery, Avis, Gracen, Addison, Isla
I also like Mila and Josephine from your list. I don't think Mila is too popular, but...

FYI Norah Jones is a famous singer. Not a big deal since Joan is a middle name and not a last, but worth pointing out.
Nora is still my favorite of your list.
DD and I both love Zelda for baby #2. It's quirky, and vintage and even on my family tree! It occurs to me though that Zelda and my current daughter Matilda, both share LDA as the last three letters....

Brother for Matilda Quinn?
I love clementine! It's a bold choice, but still pretty and vintage. I would pair it with something short and Classic.
From your ideas I like Mae, Grace, Rose. Maybe consider Jane, Belle, or Eve?

Ophelia is gorgeous! I would definitely pair it with a simple classic middle. Ophelia Claire hits the right notes. I would suggest
I like Juno! I could list hundreds of names I'm sick of before Juno. I don't think the movie is a bad association. Juno is a likable character who did a courageous thing. It's not like the name is...
It really only matters how you feel about it and how confident you are in your choice.i would def run it by your sister first though.
Just throwing out some other great names- Lev, Leiv, and I love...
I think any w name is good for an honor!
I have a Matilda Quinn! I like a short middle to balance out Matilda since it's so feminine and vintage. How bout
Makes sense! In that case, Lila might be confusing too (but I do love Amelie!) my vote would be for Primrose and cute non Posy!
I love Ingrid, but I feel it needs a soft feminine middle name to balance it out. Ophelia is perfect! Or
I hate to pry, but how old is the girl and why are you changing her name? I think it could be confusing. My daughter recognized her name by 6 months. Lily Amelia is quite popular but still really...
