So what do you think?
Could you see it on a little boy today? Do you like the name...

I love the feedback. The more the better. Antoinette is the only name I'm not very flexible on. My grandmother who died before I was born was Joan Antoinette and I would love to have a part of her....

I would like to second the suggestion of Felicity. It has a lot of the same sounds that are in Alice and Elise. Plus you have many more nn options with Felicity.

I'm looking for a Gaelic name for a boy that would work in English or is at least well known so people might have some frame of reference. Also i would love if you could provide a pronunciation guide...
I'm loving all of the replies. I don't have time quite yet to go through all of the replies but I do have a few quick notes.
I fought DH for a long time to nn Felicity Flicka but he will not...
Now this is purely hypothetical but I can't stop planning for the future. I'm a little in love with my top girl pick right now but I'm not quite sure what else would fit with it. My daughters name is...
I'm looking for obscure goddess names masquerading as merely unusual. Like Felicity has links to the roman goddess Felicitas and Caia links back to Caia Carcilia. Any input or assistance finding...
If you were to name a group of Steampunk Fairies what would you name them?
I love Bartholomew. However DH only thinks of Bart Simpson and Elijah pronounces it Barf all on you.
What wonderful responses. Some are names I've considered and some intrigue me. I'm looking for something significantly less common than Elijah but also fits well with the names we already have. What...
I'm not expecting nor am I TTC for at least a few more months, but I am not in love with a boy name right now and I would love to know what you would name a brother for Elijah and Felicity. My...

I have two children: Elijah and Felicity. Recently I started crushing on Galileo. What do you think of it as a first name? He could drop to just Leo if he didn't like it.

I seem to have joined the party a little late but I do have to put in that I loved your description of Bellatrix as a child. My daughter Felicity fits that to a T and it made me smile how much your...

Now for my hippie name: AAABDEEEEEHHILLRRSTZ
DH and I are TTC. I have a wealth of girls names I love and a handful of boys names I enjoy: Sebastian, Isaiah, Asher, Jonas, etc. I tend to like names that lean towards longer and softer. More...

I must say I am pleasantly surprised by all the positive feedback. These two as a set have been a GP of mine for a long time. I have strong doubts that DH would ever buy them as first names IRL,...

What would you think if you met twins named Antoinette and Amadeus?
Hello Soren, Hi Tempe
Think: this is the third Soren and the second Tempe I've run into IRL. Funny how popular unusual names can be. Soren is nms but I love Temperance/Tempe and would use it in a...

Right now DH is rooting for Alden Gabriel Eld**d. My issue is I am looking for a name with a little more magic than Alden, though do I like Gabriel in the middle to complement my first son's middle.

At babynames.com people add pictures to the name pages of people with the name on the page. I've looked up names there when I've had trouble "seeing" a name. http://www.babynames.com/name/SEBASTIAN
