Thanks. Delaney was a common suggestion for a girl last time around. :)

Hubs also likes Xavier for a boy.

Thanks for your reply. Names like Jason, Jessica, Stephanie and Allison, etc. remind me of popular names when I grew up in the 80s and just don't excite me. Jackson, Olivia, Riley, Lucas, etc. seem...

Trying to pick some great names that fit in with our four other children!
My list is here: http://nameberry.com/userlist/view/61046
Like unusual names but not too far out there. I go for the...
We recently celebrated Brynn Adelaide's 2nd birthday. :) Now we are working on a name for Baby no. 5 due this summer! Stumped so far. :P

Old thread, but we settled on Brynn Adelaide about 6 hours after she was born. Now we need to come up with a name for baby no. 5. :)

I asked family/close friends for suggestions. DHs family has suggested Cassandra, Samantha, Kirsten and Beatrix. While Beatrice has crossed my list because it was my grandmother's name, the others...

Arden Violet is the newest addition to my list. ;) Hubby doesn't like it as much but is sick of me not deciding so he may go for pretty much anything at this point!
I love Violet for a first...

I didn't even realize Briony was a plant name, lol. I go more for the sound of a name than the meaning I guess. :) I got the name from the movie Atonement (mentioned under Bryony). I actually prefer...

That was my choice too, but my mother and husband like Brynn Violet. I like the syllables better with Adelaide 1-3-2. I guess it depends if you say Vi-let or Vi-o-let though!

Thanks. :) I also like Violet Adelaide, but don't know if hubby's sold on it. I do like the other combos you put together, but I really want to use either Violet or Adelaide as a MN after family and...

Still don't LOVE a name for Baby Girl due December 23. Siblings are Mckenna Claire, Barrett Scott William, and Cadence Victoria. Our last name starts with M and is two syllables. I would prefer to...

My cousin just names her little girl Mila last month, it's my favourite of the four. :)
Beatrice was my grandmother's name. :) She was French-Canadian. Her nicknames were Bea (bee) or Beat (much prefer Bea!). Love the name, and Beatrix, but it doesn't really go with my other kids names....

And when I look at the rest of my Nymbler list...lol
Laine/Lainey/Laney (but obviously could be nn for Delaney)
London (where I grew...

Hubby's always liked it. But do we use a friend's child's name? The little girl is the same age as my oldest (they used to be in the same class). She is hilarious and super cute. We live in another...

I love Briony/Bryony but had kept it off the official contenders list because hubby never admitted to liking it before yesterday. I guess it grew on him. :) But yes, the initials...

Hubby and I both liked Scarlett early on, but it's rising popularity discouraged me from using it. I kept it in my mind though because I love the sound and then suddenly last week it occurred to me...

My husband and I are expecting our fourth child in less than a month, and our third daughter. She officially doesn't have a name yet! Brynn was our runner-up with our last girl, and this time hubby...

I love Avery and Ava, but they are too popular for me. ;)
Names I love but hubby doesn't:
Hubby likes Aubrey, but I won't use it because I have a first...
I actually love the sound of Brynnlee, but none of the variations to spell it. :P Drives my hubby nuts that I want the names to "go" together, but I think it's important. I don't want one kid to...
I do like names like Adelaide, it was one of my grandmother Beatrice's (Bea) sisters. As was Violet. With my sibset I think those names work better as middle names. I do like Arden, but sadly it's...
We are expecting baby number four in December and we recently found out that it's a girl. My husband and I can't seem to agree on many names so far. I definitely don't want another girl with the same...
