From your list, I like both Levi and Leo. I think Leo goes the best with Jesse and Mason. I would avoid Leon because of the similar ending to Mason. Some other ideas:

I don't like the name Hush because it seems like you are telling the child to keep silent. Together doesn't do much for me but. I think Boulevard is nice. It reminds of Beauregard.

Lila and Eden is my first choice. However, I also like Sadie so Lila and Sadie would be my second choice.

Graham is my favorite of your choices- especially with Willa. Reid would be my epsecond choice.
Stella - I like this a lot on its own and with Naomi. You could use the nn Elle. Nae and Elle.
Magnolia- I don't think this works well with Naomi. It seems like a totally different style of name...
