I also LOVE Isaac - great choice!!
Has your DH mentioned other names he likes?
Here are some suggestions that I think pair well with Isaac:
Isaac & Henry
Isaac & George
Isaac & Elijah...
Clarke / Clark
Olson / Olsen
I have a friend named Gandalf. We mostly call him G. He is very warm, extremely social, and successful in his field. That said, I can see Samwise as a first name, especially with your other children....
I might be the only one but I'm not overly fond of Eden & Owen together both having the same 'en' endings, they're a little too close for me. Bennett Christopher, William Fitzpatrick, & Pierce would...
I agree with Southern Maple. The fact that it's skipped 2 generations kind of voids the II but makes it a more considered & sentimental choice in honour of your grandfather. You will have equal love...
My favourite from your list is Vincent!

Rhys is easily my favourite. Thus spelling.
I also love Reid.
Arthur hands down.
So sorry for your loss, it is beyond words.
I LOVE pp's suggestion of Nathaniel. I think that would fit your sibset perfectly with great nn's Nathan/Nate. And the shared meaning is just so...
Both names are so handsome!! I found it extremely hard to pick but went with Henry Jack! GL

Sorry, I posted to quickly. Forgot to say that I am not as keen of Noah with your sibset as it is quite close in sound to Hannah with the same endings. I do love the classics though, Lewis would...

I think Benjamin would be perfect. Or Andrew. All great classics and handsome names.
I love the name Caspian. It is a guilty pleasure of mine but DH vetoed it before it could get anywhere near a 'list'. I have heard it in use and I think if I was to meet a little Caspian I'd be...
I agree, I prefer Eli & Dean as names in their own right, perhaps Eli Jack? Or do you have any family names/surnames you wish to honour? I think both have good flow and would work well and Austin...
Thanks for such considered images. Has really helped me put a little face to the name :)
For Isaac, I would probably most likely use the nn's Zac or Ise (prn. eyes / eyezie) not so much Ike,...
Poll: Isaac or James?
I am obsessing over Isaac or James for my next son. I'd love to hear which one you prefer, and why? And what image the name conjures for you?
George Leyland has that something special imo. Love it!

I love Rafael with Leo & Juliet as mentioned earlier - they all have a similar romantic/charming vibe.
Bastien James would have BJ initials, not the best but not a deal breaker. I don't mind it,...

I like Zeke, it seems to fit your criteria perfectly.
Others that might appeal:
Everett (nn Rhett)
Mitchell (nn Mitch)
Huxley (nn Hux)

I love Miles & Declan. I suggest writing yourself a list of all the reasons why Miles is - the one - to you, I know you'll probably have 101 supporting thoughts :)!... tell your husband you'd like to...
If you & your husband both like the name then go for it. It's not the least bit pretentious to me.
If you want to give him his own identity then I also like Mischa's suggestion of Jonathan Simon....
Greta & Avery are my 2 favourites!

I agree, if you love Luke and have such good associations with the name then go for it!!! I love the earlier suggestion of Luke Benjamin too.
I voted Alaric as it has the best flow. I would also like Daniel Augustus. I think Daniel flows best with a one or three syllable mn. LOVE Daniel btw.
