Georgia-Bess sounds nice to me.
Both my grandmothers were called Betty. But my mom's mom was Betty Jean and my dad's mom was Betty Lou.
I think it's a beautiful name but I honestly have no idea how I would pronounce it. Kee-tree sounds "cute" while Kee-tuh-ree sounds a little more "proper" maybe. Beautiful name.
I don't know why but I pronounce it ee-la. Anyway, my suggestion is Isla Marie. Hope it helps :)
