My brother is Andrew, and even as a little boy has never been Andy or Drew. My mother was very against nicknames, and he picked up on it too and so he never answers to anything but his full name....

Of your favorites, I really like Millie. You could do the same thing and go with a longer, more formal name and then use Millie as a nickname. Camilla goes well with Beatrice.

Clement Howard Oak would be a good choice since it's on your son's list for first names
I really like Liam Michael Wright. Caleb and Oliver are nice too.
