I honestly do not mind some restrictions, especially if it stops parents from calling their children obscene words (it happens). But there should still be quite a lot of freedom to name your child...
Sarka is beautiful, but I agree it will probably have pronunciation problems.

I though Aveline was the synonym for hazelnut? But either way the meanings are quite similar. Aveline Hazel does sound pretty though.
