If Harry & Henry were brothers I would say they were too close, but for cousins I think it would work.
That being said,it sounds like it would cause drama in your family and you'll have to decide...
As people have said Maisie is derived from Margaret, so any form of Margaret I think is fair game, like, Marguerite, Margot, Megan, Marjory, Marsaili, Marzena, etc.
