Out of your choices, I like Jacob with William and Hannah best.
The first name I thought of was Nigel. William, Hannah and Nigel, sounds like a nice sib set to me!

I think you should stick with another 2 syllable name...and perhaps another "er" name:

I love Perseus nn Percy. Perhaps it has to do with my love of mythology names...Thor, Ajax, Perseus, Titan, Dagr, Fitch, Ragnarok...are some of my favorite names!
