The only unisex name that I like equally for both genders is Marley.
I like the combo. I like Eugene a lot as a first or middle name. I prefer Damian/Damien spelled with the 'an' at the end but it's a nice name either way.

I did think of the movie when I saw it. I like the suggestion of Estelle Magnolia.
From you other middle name options, these are the ones I like with Stella: Maeve, Sophie, Hazel, Ruby, Wren Marie.

I love double barrelled names! Ruby-Faye is great. I also like Madeleine. What about Ruby-Faye Madeleine? It's such a pretty combo.
Connelly is cute. I can see it being used for a girl more than a boy. It's got the cute nicknames Connie and Nelly. Conley is also cute and I can see it being used for a girl or boy.
