I like Declan Patrick much better, both for its own sake and because it goes slightly better with your last name.
It sounds exactly like "perish." Not a great association.
I like Noel, and I pronounce it to rhyme with Joel (two syllables, accent on the first one). It makes me think of the English playwright Noel Coward.
Just because Noel can be pronounced like...
I really like Simon; it sounds smart.

I would prefer Isaac Elliot or Elliot Isaac.

Maximilian is in the top 1000 and has been for decades. Last year it ranked 433.
Gideon (sounds gawky)
Otto (sounds comical)
Cullen (Twilight - ugh)

I like Desmond Grant much better. Desmond is kind of a snappy name, whereas Silas sounds (to me) like somebody old and whiny. Florian's not my favorite, but I really like the meaning behind your...

I really like Gwendolen Gray "Robinson." As jroflo mentioned, Gwen Grey is a little too choppy - though if you really prefer Gwen, I don't think the choppiness is that big a deal, since middle names...
Eleanor and Henry:
If I met a person named Remember, I would be tempted to make a lot of comments about "the Alamooooo." It seems like it would be pretty awkward as a name, because it sounds like a command.
This sounds like a good compromise and I don't think it will be confusing. I would recommend sticking with the spelling "Elliot." Think of the nickname "Carrie" - you wouldn't spell the full name...
I voted for Lucas because I think it flows best with Ananda. Since the middle name will definitely begin with 'A', you might want to make sure the initials don't spell anything undesirable.
I voted for Isabella, but my favorite variations are Isobel and Isabel.
1. Hazel Seren
2. Seren Hazel
3. Seren Louise

I'll third the love for Prosper.
Nay to Lily Ramona-Faith.
Yea to Lily Ramona Faith.
Bear sounds a bit silly to me, but could be worse. I'm one of those who thinks "Bear Blu" is a ludicrous name, but that's partly due to the middle name, which looks like a sneeze. Combining Bear...
I really like November N_strom. It sounds like a powerful CEO in a comic book series. I'm a sucker for word names and alliteration. As you mentioned, November comes with some good nicknames that...

Eglantine for a girl. Cosmo or Waldo for a boy.
Just about all of those combinations are nice. I definitely support using the full name of Alexander instead of just Xander, and sticking with the traditional spellings of Cian and Ciaran.
I see in your signature you have the names Hazel and Celia as a couple of your favorites. I think Hazel Gordon or Celia Gordon would be lovely and unusual.

I think Esther, with a nickname of Tess, is an inspired idea. Go for it!

Another excellent website is www.behindthename.com. I've found they tend to be the most accurate website in giving the actual meaning of a name. You can search for words in a name's meaning or...
