I think you're right about Jonah and Kai with Charlie. It seems like the sib name needs to be an older classic like Charles or it's weird.
I think Oscar could work...but it's not a perfect fit, I...
Theodore is a good suggestion. I like Theo or Teddy.
I like Ben, not crazy about Bennett or Benedict. I actually don't love Benjamin either, but I'm a stickler for a long name/nn option.
My vote is for Miles!
I'm still struggling to find a boy name to go with my Charlie. He's Charles Everett and I think the mn for another boy would be Evans (family name), though it's not set in stone, but I think I would...
Alexandra. The other is a lot of letters and syllables for a little kid.
I love it. I'm usually a stickler for formal names (Sylvia) with the nickname, but for this name, I think it works well both as a nn and on it's own. It's on my list for a girl.
I know a couple different people that have named their boys Jameson (in the last couple of years) and honestly, I'm not a fan. I definitely think of the whiskey and in general, it's just not my...
I named my son Charles, knowing we only planned to ever call him Charlie. I want him to have the option as he gets older to have a more serious name, or perhaps a name that looks more employable on...
I completely agree with everything said above...both the order and the comments!
Another vote for Owen. I like that they would all have vowel names.

Yes! Too close
I agree that it works and I think because of the connection to your brother, you should definitely use it!
I really like Leo Alexander the best. I don't think it's too similar to Xavier. If anything, it's a nice little tie in to big brother.
I also like Leo Nathaniel.

I love it too! Charlie and Sam. So good, and maybe we will use it in the future, but do you know that I know of SIX Sams born to friends (some better than others and some that aren't in our daily...

We aren't pregnant with our second one yet, but do plan to have another and I like to get suggestions for the list as we don't have anything that tops our list and just a few names we kind of like,...
I prefer Jude over Brooks.

I don't know how to do a poll (if anyone wants to enlighten me, I'm game)!
I'm tossing around these two names for a girl for a little sister for big brother Charlie (Charles Everett):
If you can't use a longer form
Because of surname then I'd say just go with Ada. It's short but lovely and a well known name. She won't have issues with spelling or pronunciation. Go for it!

Rebekah or Rebecca IS lovely but I HATE Becky which is bound to happen.
Lillian is a nice suggestion and I love the nn Lily, but too popular?

Charlie and Lorelai is cute together, but I hate to admit that name makes me think of annoying Gilmore girls character. Also not a big fan of nn Lori/Laurie which could happen. Any other ideas?
