@kala_way - You're totally right about the clunk. The names you suggested work well, they just aren't names we like. Juliet and Adeline/Adelaide get suggested a lot for our sib-set. Charlotte and...

I wouldn't use Audrey, Aubrey or Lily since they share the same ending sound as Dani
-Mia: I really like this in your set, especially with Dani but it does start with M like Max, not sure if that...
My first thought was like Kate Hudson. I am not a fan of surnames as first names though so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I think the other berries have it right. Leave this one for the...

@cosmonaut - A lot of our gp are clunky/frumpy names which don't pair well with the lightness/femininity of Lilla and Vivienne. We can't use Clara because Lilla's middle name is Clare or Tess...

Some berry inspiration sibset wise we really like
crunchymama: Scarlett, Penelope, Alice, Fiona, and Lucille & Coraline
sunshinetina: Matilda, Eloise, Walter and twins Ramona & Bernadette...
Your names are lovely. I would look at other vintage boy names for inspiration.

DH and I are ttc baby number 3 so names are common topic of discussion. However, we feel like we keep looking at the same names and keep coming back to the same issues with them so we are looking...

Brewer Delaney is my favorite by far. Reading all the post I kept thinking about Laura Ingalls Wilder's husband going by Beau instead of his name Almanzo. With names like these you can just see the...

I love Atticus with Elijah and other old testament biblical names like Josiah, Ezra, Abner or Abraham (if it weren't for the double a). I'm not a fan of Moses though, it just makes me think of...

Wilhelmus Ludolf or Wilhelmus Wolfgang sound better to me than Wilhelmus Wolf/Wulf. Wilhelm is a nice alternative or even just Wolfgang.
Yes! Love Sebastian
Edit: I saw Ash listed as a nn for Sebastian on another thread maybe that could be an option?
Jude Gatsby and Thayer are my favorites off your maybe list. I love love love Arlo, but like someone else mentioned it is a bit close to Arthur. I'm not a big fan of the repeating on sound that...

We are trying to avoid another name that ends in a which is why we are leaning towards Sybil and Eleanor but we are still looking for more suggestions.

My mom said the same thing about the movie when we mentioned Sybil.
Is there a reason why your husband is so dead set on using his name? I much prefer Sutton to Ryan and if you love Sutton then you should find a feminine name to work in the middle with it, that way...
I love Vivian but I am biased as I have a Vivienne Grace and we haven't met any other Vivienne/Vivian yet. I also like this choice since it has a different ending then both of your girls names so if...
Tessa and Ariella

I was just talking with dh about style but I think all of our kids should sound like they could be on Downton Abbey or the Titanic.

Scarlett is my favorite of your top three. However, it also stands out as the odd ball as I could never see these three being sisters. So if you really love them all equally I would go with Arwen...

I love Atticus and Clementine
Atticus and Scarlett
Atticus and Penelope
Atticus and Talullah
Atticus and Eleanor (nn Nora)
Atticus and Vivienne (similar to Sebastian)
August 5th, 2013, 12:39 AM
We're looking for more vintage girl's names like Eleanor, Sylvia, Charlotte, Clara, Eliza, Sybil, Cecilia, or Lydia.
We don't want names that are too frilly like Isabel or Lavina
We don't want...

I love this post. DH and I love the nickname Winnie but Winifred sounds a bit too clunky next to Lilla and Vivienne, our 2 daughters. Hopeful to see some good suggestions on here.

Francesca - this is frilly too but I like it
