Since you have a more feminine name in the middle (not that Raigen is not feminine, just that it's listed/viewed as unisex) with your first daughter, from your list I'd choose something like Marlowe...

Did Hazel always love music? Could Iris' name change to something musical like Cadence, Aria, Melody, Calliope, Lark...?
I also like Etta! For her father and Etta James. Any last name of her...
I love, love Harriet Thisby/Thisbe/Thisbee! But Thisbe is one of my favorite names so I may be biased. The other name I really like off your list is Harriet Exley.
I'm not loving the alliteration...

I went through a phase were I really liked 'boys' names on girls, (My name's Jaime and I've been told a million and a half times that I have a boys name and it was the most annoying thing to hear) so...

Oh my, tough question! My number one changes weekly but for the last several months I've been very stuck on Peregrine, Atticus, and Taliesin.
Harper and Georgia 'match' your sibset best to me. I agree with other posters about the balance between her feminine and spunky sisters. Both with Wesley also sound lovely when said allowed!
Fantastic names! My favorites from your list are, Edith Amelia, Edith Magnolia, Edith Violet, and Edith Claire. I think all but Magnolia could be considered 'safe' but when said out loud the flow...
My favorites are:
Amelia Bridget (although I think I prefer Emilia)
Annabelle Louisa (love Anabel, not too fond of Louisa, the flow feels off to me.)
Florence May/Florence Amelie (I like both)...

I like Harriet but vastly prefer Ottaline! That being said, I enjoy Ottaline Grey or Ottaline June. I lean a little more towards Grey, since your daughter Eloise has a J starting middle name!

I think my favorite is Ailbhe Constance...although if I were to choose it for my own child, the spelling errors, having to spell it and pronounce it all the time would drive me up the wall crazy!
Fia Scarlet - Love it!
Thea Adeline - Not my favorite. Though both names separate I like (although I do prefer Adelaide to Adeline!)
Rorie Maeve / Rorie Mae - I like Maeve more than Mae
1. Clementine Venezia
2. Calla Venezia
3. Luella Venezia
4. Fiona Venezia
5. Ava Venezia

I like the idea behind it, but it does sort of roll into the same category as the virtue names, Constance and Prudence come to mind! That being said, I don't think it's completely unusable! It...
Zoe is not as popular as Claire, which is crazy popular! Which is why I voted Zoe Estelle, feminine but not frilly, and I think Estelle is vintage enough to ground Zoe. And it's a surprise in the...
My favorites from your list are
I like 1.Lilia 2. Aurora and 3. Lola best with your surname! Millie is a little too nicknamey, however Amelia nickname Millie is adorable. Charlotte isn't really my style and feels a little stuffy...
Alright, let's see...
Kinlee Mary- Not a huge fan of Kinlee, and Mary sounds silly as a middle name
Bryn Mary - love Bryn, but not with Mary. Maybe Brynn Marie, but definitely not Mary!

William Robert and Colin Michael or Harrison James are my two favorites from your list!
I struggle with this too, as I love Nola and it's a name my SO and I actually agree on. I just can't get out of my head 'everyone' saying, "Why give her a longer name if you're just going to call her...
Amelie Faye is on my list, as well as Amelie Jane after my boyfriend's mother :)
I know a family with the surname Menard, I'd pronounce Maynard the same way. Just looking at your signature, Tennessee Maynard feels southern and spunky!
Hmm, what about:
