My vote would be for Sylvie Helena if it means the most to you. But, if you are dead-set on using Rose or Grace, I like Sylvie Grace better.

The closest formal names that could easily shorted to Sunny might be in the Susan, Suzanne, Susannah family. (Or you could go more unusual, something like Sunniva).

Of your favorites, I really like Millie. You could do the same thing and go with a longer, more formal name and then use Millie as a nickname. Camilla goes well with Beatrice.
