I love it and plan to use it if I have a second son (my first son is Reuben). The TV show doesn't bother me like the pp said it will be forgotten by the time your child grows. I love the nn Dex.

Love your daughters' names. I have a Cordelia and a Persephone who goes by Sephy. I'm also British.
The same ending of Hermione, Antigone and Persephone would put me off but if it doesn't bother...

So sad Cleopatra didn't make it :( It matches Aphro dite in power and drama. A well known but unexpected name.

I don't agree with the pp, Matilda and Cordelia do work as sisters.
And Maudlin has a terrible meaning - self pitying, weakly emotional, foolishly sentimental etc

If he really loves Maxim maybe compromise with Max? or another Max- name as per PP suggestion.
Felix is on our list too so how about Griffin, Devon, Reuben, Jasper, Dexter?

Out of your choices I like Jonah the best.
