With such a short, abrupt last name I would go with something with more than one syllable for the first name. What about Clara instead of Clare? Some others that I think sound nice:
Eliza has my vote! I think Isaac and Eliza make a perfect sibset, and Eliza Donna has a very nice flow. :)
It definitely has all the makings of a beautiful name, but I think it is prettiest if you pronounced it ay-len-ya :) (a like Abraham)
Indi gets my vote! I think it works great with Finn and Milou, and there are no pronunciation concerns.
Silvia Satine and Silvia Celine are really pretty if you don't mind alliteration :)
