Although I think they are all good combinations, I voted for Paulina Martha because it's a way under-used, but very pretty name.
Gideon Arthur is a great combo, but I do think Sebastian's a little too close for the fn of a brother and I'd put it in the mn position. Finlay seems more trendy than classic like Gideon-- I think...
Agree with the above-- you have great options here and the front runners-- Delia, Rosalie, and Alice all work well with Warren. My favorites with Warren are Delia and Alice followed by Phoebe.
Another vote for Phoebe Adeline! I like Phoebe much better and think it works best with Gabriel.
Charlotte Mazarine, Charlotte Viveca, Charlotte Vale
Holly Beatrice, Holly Claire, Holly Tamsin
Maisie Lou, Maisie Scarlett, Maisie Neve
Sadie Mae, Sadie Tallulah, Sadie Josephine
Sebastian Thomas and
Lovely names and a great sibset! Gabriel Jude or Gabriel Flynn are my favorites from your list-- I don't like the double L with Gabriel Levi (just hard to say), and Gabriel Valentino sounds really...

I like Elsa and Agnes or Leda and Samuel best. Silas and Elsa is a lot of S sounds and George is a little plain. Cecilia and Sylvie don't seem as robust. Some other possibilities:
Mathilde is a great French name and the name of the new and lovely Queen of Belgium! Clothilde is another similar but pretty French name. I prefer the French pronunciation for a lot of names, for...
My favorites from above are Alice, Anne, Jane, Lucy, Maeve, and Mary. Some other possibilities (and I forget if you only wanted 2-syllables, so apologies for the 3) with * by my favorites:

What about moving Elizabeth or an honoring name into the fn position and one that you're okay with but not excited about into the mn spot?
I really like Mark/Will and Eliza. What about Eliza...

My favorites are Preeya, Suchin, and Isaree and I agree that they'd all work well as first or mns. Some potential combos:
Preeya Margaret, Preeya Helen, Preeya Ruth
Suchin Beatrix, Suchin...
I'm only doing my favorite fns from your list too-- but you could use a lot of the fns on your list as mns since you seem to really like them:
I'm with you, I love Nathaniel and Nate but not so much Nathan. Here's the perspective I'd try to impart to your boyfriend-- while it's wonderful to honor someone with a name, sometimes the exact...

With your sibset, I like Fiona and Cormac the best. I'd go with Fiona Maeve or Cormac Niall.

With your sibset, my favorites are Dahlia, Josephine (nn Jovie), and Verity. While I like some of your boy names, I don't think they are the best with your sibset-- although I'd probably go with...
Since your other names are one syllable, what about looking at some of those? I would keep them fairly short and like Hazel and Cora best of the 4 above.
Some other possibilities:
Ash, Rose, ...
I grouped these into 3 to for better suggestions.
Classic and elegant:
Helena, Caroline, Penelope, Rose, Emmeline, Violet, Matilda, Evangeline, Diana, Hazel, Johanna, Josephine, Katherine,...
I like Lucy and Sophie together and don't think the -EE ending is too much. If it bothers you though, I'd go with another classic and relatively short name. Some suggestions: Alice, Ava, Claire,...
I think Vera and Pax(ton) work well together and I don't think most people will know that they have Latin roots. Vida would would be great with Pax. Some other possibilities: Verity, Violet,...
I prefer Zoe slightly over Stella, but they are both nice names. Stella Marie and Zoe Annabelle work best, but what about combining Marie and Annabelle to Mariana/Marian, Mirabel, Mabel/Maybelle,...

You do have lovely names and a great sense of style for your sibset! I do think Daphne and Felix would work really well.
Some other possibilities:
Hazel, Maude, Imogen, Rafferty, Stella,...
