Grace is so versatile! It could go with many different names. Here are some of my favorite combos.

I can understand the concern. To me I would take someone named Magnolia seriously. It isn't too cutesy sounding...especially if she has a very strong middle name.
If we really want to get technical about spellings Orla is actually the male Danish version...where the original spelling is Órfhlaith for the female Irish version.
Wow you let that escalate unnecessarily really quickly...no reason to get so upset.
That makes sense. I just wasn't familiar with this particular spelling so I thought why not give it a quick search.

I LOVE the name Nola!!! So sweet and feminine. But I feel like it could use something a little more...but that is just me. Magnolia and Finola are my favorite options. If I could talk my husband into...
Oh wow I love all of your names!!!
My favorite would be Vivienne...what about Vivienne Phaedra? That combination sounds very royal and distinguished!
My second choice would be Beatrice...

I love how specific you are! Okay here are some ideas...
Welsh names for boys...even though you asked for daughter some of these are so great!
Adeon, Afan, Arthen, Brychan, Brython, Cecil,...
I wasn't familiar with the Orlaith spelling so I did a quick google and there is apparently a girl from Big Brother UK that is kind of...to put it nicely...free with her body...so that was the only...
I like this one better as a nickname myself. I don't feel like this would grow well. Unless you give her a very solid middle name that she could use in case she doesn't like going by Birdie when she...
I don't think Henry and Etta sound bad. As long as you're not calling them HenryEtta with their names smooshed together you should be fine on that one.
I'm also not opposed on using a male name...
I really love Beatrice, Cecily, Violet, and Hazel! Very nice!
Some of my favorites to add would be Thessaly, Camille, Millicent, Scarlett, Antonia, Eleanora

I'm not really crazy about those. My son has a more traditional sounding nickname option so I would like my daughter to have that too. Flick and Fliss don't really sound like names to me.

I really do like Genevieve...my only issue with it is the same one I have with Cecelia which is the meaning. It is "tribe woman"...it is definitely interesting! Haha!

Yeah I definitely wouldn't want her to be called Flick or Flicka or Felly...those don't sound very feminine to me. Haha!

Lots of beautiful names here too! I have suggested a few of these to him but maybe the nicknames will sway him on a few.

He is definitely more conservative when it comes to naming. There are also very conservative names within his own siblings...Rebecca, Abigail, Gloria, Angela...so I think that is how he is programmed.

Thank you for the suggestions and the nicknames too! I guess I am having a hard time picturing Felicity on a little girl...probably because I've only ever known adults with this name.

Thank you so much for the suggestions. For the middle name we are thinking something from the family. It will probably either be Victoria after great grandpa Victor or Caroline after grandma's middle...

You have a few on here that I haven't suggested to him before which is wonderful! I am going to make a list and run some by him tonight!

Thank you for the suggestions and for including some nickname ideas.
I pretty much like or love every name you suggested! Haha! Many of these I have suggested before and I just get an okay answer...
I love the suggestion of Audrey...Audrey Brynn would be very cute!
I do like Brynn but not with Ashley.

Scarlett is lovely...I'm not a fan of nickname style names so Tori and Jacey don't appeal to me.
I don't think it sounds bad but the obvious nickname of Kody turns me off.
